Feminism and BWA

Feminism is at the heart of what we do. We believe that all people are equal. Quite simply, women should have equal rights, equal pay and should not be otherwise disadvantaged in any way because of our gender.

We adhere to a gendered analysis of domestic abuse which means we believe that domestic abuse against women, perpetrated by men, is a result of gender inequality in society.
